In Tory hands we will wave goodbye to a fully functioning 24/7 blue light A&E at Southend Hospital. Amess and Duddridge will have blood on their hands when lives are lost. I sincerely hope that those who do vote Conservative don't personally regret that choice one day when their loved one has a life threatening emergency. Forget national politics, this GE HAS to be a vote for LOCAL issues. Without health, the rest is irrelevant!
