The Labour Group on Southend-on-Sea Borough Council had its annual general meeting earlier this week.

·       This is the best Labour vote % since 2001.

·       This is an improvement for the Conservatives as compared to 2016.

·       This is the best Liberal Democrat vote % since 2014.

·       This is the worst UKIP performance, ever.
