A recent planning application -
APPLN. NO: 16/00871/FUL
Officer: Ian Harrison Date Valid. 5 July 2016 Area BORO
CONVERT EXISTING BUILDING INTO ONE DWELLINGHOUSE AND ONE BUNGALOW, INCREASE HEIGHT OF BUILDING, ALTER ELEVATIONS, LAYOUT PARKING AND AMENITY SPACE (AMENDED PROPOSAL)
REAR OF 120 HAMLET COURT ROAD WESTCLIFF-ON-SEA
The applicant is a Mr J Lamb! I have no idea whether this is the current Leader of Southend-on-Sea Borough Council.
Anyway, I have called it in to Development Control Committee as I
am principally concerned with overcrowding, lack of parking and amenity
space, and the development being too close to its neighbours.
