The applicant is a Mr J Lamb! I have no idea whether this is the current Leader of Southend-on-Sea Borough Council.
Anyway, I have called it in to Development Control Committee as I
am principally concerned with overcrowding, lack of parking and amenity
space, and the development being too close to its neighbours.
